I purchased an auto insurance policy from Clay over six months ago. Yesterday, I was in my office during the afternoon, when the mailman arrived with a card from Clay. I wasn't quite sure as to why I would be receiving anything from him, but long behold it was a birthday card. I was astonished that he had not only remembered it, as I had just casually mentioned it since he had said his birthday was also in April, but he had taken the time to send me a card. It literally made my day. Its great to know that there are still companies and agents out there that still look at their clients as people rather than a paycheck.
