Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. The only reason we used this company was because our home warranty service (American Home Shield) uses them. Both companies seem to do everything they can to get more money out of people. These people don't care about your situation one bit. Our A.C. went out in the middle of June. They only have one tech to service our area, so we had to wait 3 days for a diagnosis. Once that was done, I spent the next 2 weeks calling daily to see if they had gotten progress. My information sat on a desk for 3 days before they even called the diagnosis into the warranty company! Then they spent another 3 days trying to find an alternate for the part that was bad that happened to be on backorder. They did not call me back in a timely manner any time I called and were unhelpful in fixing our problem. When our warranty company decided they wouldn't pay to fix the problem, Myers wouldn't even give us a quote to have it done ourselves and then request payment back from the warranty company, "because that would violate our contract with them." It's very clear this company only cares about the money and they over charge for their services.

Furnace quit working over the weekend. Called AHS again on Monday to set up another appointment. Meyers called me immediately to set up an appointment that same day. Technician came out on time and with a courtesy call again. Replaced what he found was wrong with the system and we have had no issues since. Great service from my experience!

You guys are SICK people. Taking advantage of my mom saying that she needs a NEW 6,000 dollar AC or 5,000 dollar upgrade. You tried to insist and offer her a credit card but she declined because it's out of her budget. Then you have the nerve to call up my dad and tell him " oh, the AC repair will only cost around 500 dollars". Then when he gets home and talks to my mom she's like..." that's not what the guy told me". I was angry and Googled you guys and come to find your ratings are as pathetic as you. I'm blasting you guys to my Co workers at the home improvement store I work with and I'm blasting you guys all over my social media pages.

I used my AHS warranty to take care of a issue with my furnace not working as it should. Meyers called almost immediately to set up my appointment for the next day. The technician showed up within the time slot they told me and gave me a courtesy call as well so I could leave work to meet him. He came in, had the furnace running and out the door he went within 30 minutes.

Horrible service!!! In the dead of August in Alabama and they took over a week to give my home insurance a diagnosis for my air conditioner. Meanwhile, they lied to me and pretended to be waiting on the part to come in. They blamed it on the insurance company, but come to find out a week after waiting on the part, it had not even been ordered. The manager still has not called me back, but I am currently seeking another company!! Oh, all this after an initial visit where the technician "fixed the problem," but actually made it worse and had to come out a second time. Please don't waste your time or money on this scam business!!

Like many others, the only positive thing I can even say about this company is that they do have someone answering the phone- however unhelpful they may be. I would give negative stars if I could. The came to inspect our unit 8 days ago replaced the Freon (15lbs) and the part that was causing it to leak. W/in 24 hrs of their 'servicing', our compressor exploded. And we had no AC in August. The came out the Thursday, confirmed what we already knew and told my husband they would be ordering the part and it should be in by Monday. Not ideal, but we were already going out of town for the weekend so we didn't fight it. Monday comes, and no word from Myers. I called them multiple times before reaching anyone. When I did she said the phones and internet were down so she couldn't check our order. Ok... So I received a call the next day Tuesday scheduling a same day appointment between 12 and 4. An hour later they call and cancel the appointment because it seems the part I believed they ordered was not there after all. She said it should be in by Friday. Friday??? That's 13 days after initial service. I asked didn't they order it last week- she replied that 'No that's not true we are just now (Tuesday) ordering it". The heat index is over 100 today and we have a 3 month old infant at home- which they are aware of. Multiple calls to Myers and American Home Shield have gotten me nowhere. I am still unsure why if they knew we needed a part last Thursday the order would not even be requested until the next TUESDAY in summer in Alabama. The positive reviews on here also look very scripted and are likely fake. STAY AWAY from Myers!!!
