My wife and I wanted a pool and could never get Hughes Pools to follow-up with us. We talked to two different employees (both of which were knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with), left all of our contact information, and still haven't heard back from them 4 weeks later. If customer service was this poor before we had a pool we could only assume it would get worse after they had our money. No thanks.
Love Hugh's pool, they always treat me right, been with them for over 13 years never had a problem with them or thier services. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks you....
