I have shopped there for several things. But the memory of my best time was when the Mac department did my daughter's makeup for her junior prom. The staff made it such a pleasant experience. Thumbs up!
So not hate. Very pedestrian middle class. Disorganized mainstream. Overpriced Wal-Mart with Polo and better branded and old cologne.
My mother & my grandmother had each other debit cards. We had went to buy furniture earlier in the day at Kyser's in Wetumpka( they had the wrong cards). My mother was paying for the sweater at the jewelry counter, when she realize she had my grandmother debit card. The sale associate was rude (blk sales associate making hand gestures). We did not disrespect her. If she is going to get frustrated or angry she need to apply for a new job or stay at home. The sales associate at the Mac Counter were awesome.
When we finally got a sales associate to help us, they seemed annoyed and like they hated their job. Definitely didn't feel like they wanted to help us find what we needed and make a sale. The store layout is so disorganized and it's hard to tell where you even checkout.
