I wish people were more professional. Please keep your receipts in your car and make copies. They don't update your records. You can be arrested for the same tickets.

The WORSTTTTTTTTTT customer service i have ever experienced in my life. Not only is the phone automated system the worst set up when or IF you finally reach someone they are RUDE. All i wanted to do was pay a ticket. its been three days of me waiting on hold just to get hung up on. I live in a different state now and have no other way to settle this other then over their raggedy ass phones!! this is UNBELIEVABLE.
I have lived in Oregon for the last ten year and have never visited Alabama. I got a letter from Oregon saying I can't renew my license until Alabama stops the hold on my license in that state. Ive been calling consistently for the last month and no one has been to help. Just this week i had three people tell me they would email the forms i need. Still havent gotten them. Worst customer service.
