Great service; excellent job on a premium car wash.
WORST experience I've had with a company. I ordered the Kelsey special, $26. Left my car to get vacuumed and to go through the car wash. As my car exits the car wash someone is supposed to get into the vehicle and pull it to the side to get wiped down and dried off, but instead THEY ALLOWED IT TO ROLL INTO MADISON AVE!!!!!!!! If came within an inch of being hit. One of the workers finally got into my car and pulled back into the parking lot. I went back to the young lady at the desk and asked for the manager. The manager came out asked what was going on and I explained to her what happened. She told me no there is an hump that stops the vehicles. So, I explained to her again what happened. She looked at me and said I'll talk to the crew. With no apology or anything she walked outside and I never saw her again. My vehicle was finally done. Very mediocre job of drying and wiping everything down. Employee raises his hand for me to come out there. He asked how I was, I explained not good cause my car rolled into the middle of the street. He said " WE HAD CAUD IT DO". All I could do is shake my head and leave. If you use this car wash pray someone gets in your vehicle before it rolls into the street. Good Luck.
Constantly great work, quick, affordable
They will pick and choose if your vehicle can be done.I wasted my time coming here.You can do better by picking an ordinary car wash to drive through.
Little high on the price but service is ok if there is no other option give it a try
