Pretty fun. The taxes are kinda high. The game room is super fun. I hate that they charge u an extra dollar along with the money you added to your game card. So instead of you thinking that you are gonna get a 5 dollar card, you will get a four dollar card. It charges and extra dollar. I don't like that. The bathrooms are clean. Cold air, air so cold it will give you the flu. pool room should have a non smoking and smoking section separate. Im sorry but i don't smoke and I don't like being in the same room with people that do. Overral its pretty its ok if u can get pass the taxes.
No one on any counter when we arrived. We waited for about 3 minutes for someone to appear out of the kitchen and we were waited on about 2 minutes later. Prices vary drastically based on day of week and time of day so be aware. $46 later the 3 of us were eager to get our 2 games in. I only found one ball that was drilled for a grown man's spread between the fingers and thumb holes. I think it was returned by an adult leaving of one of the 6 lanes in use because I had checked all the balls and was half way done double checking when I found it. The old Brunswick used to have a good number of both 15 & 16 pounders that were sized for an adult male. Sure, they had had gashes in them but they were sized larger and enough to be found during moderately busy periods.
We have a party of 5, order 2 games to bowling, 2 pizza and 5 drinks. Had a family emergency so we had to leave after the first game. We go to return the shoes and get a refund for the second game that we didn't bowl, and the shift leader tells us that we have to have the receipt in order for us to receive a refund. After 1 1/2 hr of bowling and eating pizza, the recipe of course is in the trash.. needless to say, we was going through the trash to find the receipt for a refund. COMPLETELY humiliating. When asked is there any other way for receive a refund the front counter leader acted like she didn't care. No receipt, no refund. Bottom line is, we spend over $100 in this facility to be in the garage looking for a receipt. I guess that how customers are treated here.
Very good place for a night out. Plenty of games plus bowling. Facility is clean and the music is not too loud.
Half the lanes are not oiled. And some moron was allowed to cosmic bowling during the middle of a Saturday afternoon
