Disappointing. Took a specialized mountain bike in for basic service. It didn’t seem like the shop knew how to work on my bike. They weren’t familiar with hydraulic disc brakes and couldn’t service them...
Also, pushy about selling me things I didn’t want. They were nice, but kept making offers to sell me gear I wasn’t asking for.
Great service, and surprisingly not expensive for repairs. They specialize in Specialized bikes, but fix all kinds. The very knowledgeable staff not only knows how to fix them, but ride them too. They recommended where to ride, have trail maps, and directions. They also have a Retul fit system which uses sensors on your joints and a customize-able stationary bike with computer software to finely tune and fit your bike to perfection. High tech stuff, and the know-how to get you on the road or trail.
