I think RBC as an international bank is just fine, but this particular branch (5375 Atlanta Highway, Montgomery, AL 36109) is pretty disappointing. I had a pretty complicated problem with one of my deposits and nobody at this branch was able to help me or even tell me what I needed to do next. I called the 800 number and got a customer service representative to explain what had happened and what I needed to do next. I would give the overall bank 5 stars but this branch only 1 star!
