Foad and the whole staff at Mind and Body are first class. Likewise, the massages that I have had here are far better than what I've experienced home in Atlanta. Additionally, they specialize in sports and therapeutic treatments that will have you coming back for more. As an honest reviewer, I would have to say that you must try this place!
Hands down best spa in Montgomery. Fantastic services: massage, art therapy, yoga, artwork, and gift shop. Foad, Ali, and Ginger provide an outstanding client experience. Don't waste your money going anywhere else!
